Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes

Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes

A great way to get in extra hydration, this spin on a classic (with waayyyyy less sugar!) is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, totally guilt-free, and ready to share with everyone you know! Kid + husband friendly.

Prep time: 3 minutes

Serves 4

  • 4 cups chilled coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (or other sugar of your choice)
  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Puree until strawberries are smooth.
  • Pour into glasses or a tumbler for on the go and enjoy!
  • Feel free to add ice for more of a smoothie texture.
  • These do not keep great in the fridge or overnight. I often cut the recipe in half which is just enough for me, my husband, and our four year old.

Coconut water is a great way to hydrate with electrolytes over other beverages like Gatorade or Liquid IV that are often loaded with sugar and artificial flavors and colors. We’ve recently been leaning into coconut water beverages like this for added hydration and are looking forward to mixing them up during summer when it’s really hot out.

Until next time,
