This all green salad is full of healthy fruits (and a veggie!) for any time or for a green theme, like St. Patrick’s Day. Simply combine cut up fruits in a bowl and toss, or add a low-sugar dressing for a delish touch!
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Makes about 6 servings

- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups diced honeydew
- 2 cups diced kiwi (about 3-4 kiwis)
- 1 cup diced green apple (about one apple)
- 1 cup sliced cucumber (about half a cucumber)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
For dressing:
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 Tablespoon honey

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grapes, honeydew, kiwi, green apple, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.
- Drizzle the lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently stir to coat.
- Cool in fridge until ready to serve, or serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- If you aren’t serving a big crowd and just want something fun for at home, you can easily just cut the recipe in half, or even make individual bowls and add as much or as little of each fruit as you’d like.
- Dressing is totally optional, though very yummy.
This one is so fun and simple for adding a green themed to anything, but especially St. Patty’s Day. Great as a snack, for breakfast, or even as dessert with a dollop of whipped cream on top. The best part is that it doesn’t get any cleaner or healthier for you and your family.
