The sweetness of these almonds is a fun holiday twist. Super easy to make, but watch out–they’re addicting!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
Makes 4 cups

- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups whole unsalted almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Beat egg white, water, and vanilla in large bowl until frothy.
- Stir in almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugars, salt, and cinnamon and sprinkle over the almonds.
- Stir until almonds are well coated.
- Pour coated almonds onto prepped baking sheet.
- Bake for 60-90 minutes, stirring occasionally (about every 15 minutes) to prevent them from burning.
- Cool on pan. Store in airtight container.
